Product Description
An old-fashioned recipe made from French pork. This "country" recipe includes pieces of pig's head to add texture and "mâche", and fresh onions browned in our workshops. The product is presented in an authentic fillet shape for custom portions and is vacuum-packed for easy storage.

Pork blood 34%, onions, pork fat, pork head, pork rind, lard, salt, saccharose, pepper, dextrose, preservative: E250, antioxidant: E316. Casing: natural pork casing.
