• London Delivery    

 At check-out, please select London Delivery as below

         

                                       

We deliver within 18 miles radius from Central London. Please check your eligibility for this method before checking out. If your postcode does not match our database, please do not hesitate to contact us as we still may be able to deliver to you.

Delivery is made by our own drivers with our refrigerated vehicles.

 

Delivery is free over 50 £

We will charge you:

- 3.99 £ if you order is between 25-50 £.

- 6.99 £ if your order is below 25 £ 

After selecting a delivery slot, you will receive an order confirmation email with date and delivery time, then on delivery day we will send you. A two hours delivery window within your selected delivery slot.

 

                                                

 

• Shipping Delivery

In order to offer the best service to our customer, we use one for leading company in the UK: DHL.

We do offer Next day delivery (24 to 48 hours) all over the UK.

Orders are carefully packed by our team so customers receive products in good condition.

We make sure shipping any Fresh Products with our special Freeze pack, so products get refrigerated for at least 48 hours.

In respect to the cold chain, we don’t sell any frozen products as we are unable to guaranty goods to be frozen when delivered.

There is a limit of 3 packs of water for SHIPPING orders, additional charges may apply if your order goes over 30 KG.

You will send you an order confirmation with delivery date and time, then you will receive a tracking link from DHL once your order is out for delivery.
