Truffle Cheese Fondue

Ingredients 

• Gruyère cheese

• Emmental cheese

• White wine

• Truffle oil

• Garlic

• Cornstarch

Instructions

1. Heat wine with garlic.

2. Melt cheeses slowly.

3. Stir until creamy.

4. Add cornstarch slurry.

5. Drizzle truffle oil.

6. Serve immediately.
