Recipe – Raclette Cheese & Veggie Gratin

Description

Layered vegetables baked under a blanket of creamy raclette cheese—bright, flavourful, and simple to prepare. A perfect side or light main.

Ingredients:

  • 1 courgette (zucchini), sliced

  • 1 red pepper, sliced

  • 200 g mushroom, sliced

  • 200 g sliced raclette cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Sauté vegetables in olive oil until just soft.

  2. In a baking dish, arrange veggies and top with raclette slices.

  3. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
