
Description
Sautéed mushrooms and roasted garlic melted into Gruyère cheese, wrapped in a golden galette. Hearty, aromatic, and full of flavour.
Ingredients

100g buckwheat flour

1 egg (for batter)

250ml water

200g mushrooms, sliced

2 garlic cloves, minced

100g Gruyère, grated

Butter (for cooking)

Salt & black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare Batter
Mix buckwheat flour, egg, water, and salt. Rest 30 min.
2. Sauté Mushrooms
In butter, cook mushrooms and garlic until golden. Season.
3. Cook Galettes
Cook batter in buttered pan, 1–2 min per side.
4. Add Filling
Layer mushrooms and Gruyère on warm galette.
5. Fold & Melt
Fold edges. Cover briefly to melt cheese.
6. Serve Hot
Top with fresh herbs if desired.
