Moulded and matured in Rians like its cousin the Crottin de Chèvre and inspired by the ancestral tradition of the Goats of central France, our Crottin de Chèvre Cendré has a fine layer of vegetable ash which gives it a fresh, mild goaty taste and a unique soft texture. As an aperitif cut into strips, on a slice of bread or as an accompaniment to a salad, the Crottin de Chèvre Cendré is a fresh and light delight!
