Justin Bridou has put all his know-how into bringing you his Fuet. The Justin Bridou Fuet is first steamed, before being slowly matured, which gives it its very mild taste and traditional irregular shape. Ideal for surprising your friends at an aperitif!

Pork meat and fat (E.U. origin), CREAMED MILK POWDER (MILK), salt, sugar, spices, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite, ferments. Natural pork casing. 154g of meat and fat used to prepare 100g of finished product.
