Founded in 1930 by Henri Vallée,thanks to the know-how of the cheesemakers and a maturing period of at least 3 weeks, the Pont l'Evêque La Maison du Fromage acquires a blond rind with orange reflections, a supple and melting paste, a smell of straw and a subtle taste finely typed. Its texture is soft and sometimes gives off aromas of warm milk and hazelnuts.
