Product Description
Our country terrine is made with French Label Rouge Pork. Its traditional recipe is free of colouring and phosphate. The tasting reveals complex flavours, resulting from a long cooking of the livers and the pork meat. The texture is initially firm, then melting, and the liver in confit prolongs a pleasant length in the mouth.

Label Rouge pork liver, Label Rouge pork fat, Label Rouge pork throat, Label Rouge pork meat, EGGS, MILK, WHEAT flour, onions, strainer, salt, spices and aromatic plants. Possible presence of soya and nuts.
