Product Description
This product is made only with pork. It features a lean cut with a very traditional appearance and a classic, very mild flavour. It has a white flower layer and a natural core. The approximate size is 35 mm.
Ingredients
Pork lean and fat, salt, rice flour, lactose (MILK), MILK protein, dextrin, sugar, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), black pepper, and preservative (sodium nitrite). Edible pork core. We used 153g of pork lean and fat to obtain 100g of finished product. This product has suffered water loss during the drying process.
