This dry sausage is made from high-quality pork meat sourced from France. The meat is seasoned with salt, lactose, dextrose, spices, and garlic, then preserved with potassium nitrate. Natural pork casing is used to encase the sausage. For every 100g of dry sausage, 167g of pork meat is used.
