Product Description
Our traditional recipe is made with French Label Rouge Pork. It is free of colouring and phosphate. Its texture is melting and airy and has many mushroom markers. Our product has been awarded the SILVER medal 2019 and BRONZE 2018 at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris and is recognised as Flavour of the Year 2018.
Ingredients
Label Rouge pork, fat liver, milk, mushrooms, yellow boletus, porcini, pholiotes, shiitakes, lactaries, eggs, onions, natural flavourings, salt, spices and aromatic plants, sunflower oil, gelatine, preservative: e250. Possible presence of soya and gluten.
