Product Description
Our pure duck mousse is made exclusively with French duck. Its traditional recipe is free of palm oil and phosphate. A naturally elegant product, thanks to the soft, developed flavours of lean duck liver. The melt-in-the-mouth texture makes a statement at first, then delicate flavours last beyond the tasting.
Ingredients
Duck (75%), duck fat, lean duck liver, crème de cassis, onions, potato starch, eggs, creme fraiche, salt, port, antioxidants: E301, E300, spices and aromatic plants, dextrose, preservative: E250. May contain traces of soy, gluten, and nuts.
