Product Description
Mild cheese, with a very creamy paste, eaten mostly on a platter, but also melted into a pella (or tartiflette). Established in the heart of the Pays de Savoie, the Chabert cheese dairy shares with the dairy farmers the love of a job well done. The fruitières allow farmers to pool their milk in order to produce cheeses under the sign of quality according to rigorous methods.
Storage Advice
Before opening: Store between +2°C and +6°C. After opening: Store between +2°C and +6°C.
Preparation Instructions
Take out of the fridge 30 minutes before tasting.
