Product Description
Founded in 1930 by Henri Vallée, the Pont l'Evêque La Maison du Fromage is a result of the expertise of our cheesemakers and a maturing period of at least 3 weeks. This cheese acquires a blond rind with orange reflections, a supple and melting paste, a smell of straw, and a subtly finely typed taste. Its texture is soft and sometimes gives off aromas of warm milk and hazelnuts. Made from pasteurized cow's milk, it has a minimum maturing period of 21 days and a fat content of 22%.
