Product Description
Raised in the Haut Poitou limestone soils, the goats graze in an area that stretches across half of the Deux Sèvres and Vienne departments and pushing into the north of the Charente. When young, this cheese is soft and creamy: its paste becomes more brittle as it ages, and its taste more pronounced.
