Pork meat and fat (E.U. origin), CREAMED MILK POWDER (MILK), salt, sugar, spices, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite, ferments. Natural pork casing. 154g of meat and fat used to prepare 100g of finished product.
