Turkey meat from France 74%, chicken skin, salt, water, wheat dextrose, wheat glucose syrup, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid, smoke flavouring, preservatives: sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate. Smoked with beech wood. Manufactured in a workshop using soya and milk.
