Discover the delicate taste and melting texture of our Pérail Pur Brebis Lou Pérac is made in our cheese factory in Massegros, Lozère. Our milk is collected in Occitania, mainly in Aveyron, from our partner producers. At Lou Pérac, we pay particular attention to the well-being of our ewes. Of Lacaune breed, they are fed with herbs, fodder and cereals without GMO (<0.9%) coming from the farm at least 80%As soon as the weather allows it, they graze in the open air and feed on flowers, giving to Lou Pérac pérail this small perfumed taste.
