Extra-strong Chorizo for those who don't mind a little chilliness thanks to an enhanced dosage of selected cayenne peppers. It is the red peppers from Spain that give chorizo its famous red colour.

Pork meat and fat (EU and non-EU (UK) origin), dried Spanish chilli powder 3.7%, LACTOSE, salt, cayenne pepper, herbs, sugar, dextrose, preservatives: sodium ascorbate, potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite, ferments. Natural pork casing. 120g of meat used to prepare 100g of finished product.
