This product is made from pork meat (origin: EU), salt, lactose, spices, dextrose, rehydrated garlic pulp, preservatives: E250, E252, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, and ferments. To make 100g of the finished product, <140g of pork were used. The product is manufactured in France and the pork is sourced from the European Union.
