Rillettes de Canard (75% duck) Made using the traditional know-how of Jules Bordeau and Anna Chesnel, we offer you fine duck rillettes. We slowly confit the meat in duck fat with a little garlic, salt and pepper to obtain a delicate, generously fibrous texture. Our recipe contains no preservatives, so you can enjoy the natural colour and authentic taste of our duck rillettes.
