Product Description
Lomo is a lightly salted and spiced pork tenderloin, stuffed into a natural gut then cured for a minimum of 6 weeks. Very lean, it is a product with a pink and soft flesh. It can be enjoyed as is in thin slices as a starter or as an aperitif.
Ingredients
Pork loin, salt, garlic, paprika, sugar, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate. Made in Spain from pork of Spanish origin. May contain traces of MILK and SOY.
