Our product is made with a blend of 31% onions, pork fat, pork blood, pork rind, and Guerande salt. It also includes saccharose, spices, antioxidant: E331, and dextrose for added flavor. The product is encased in a natural pork casing. The pork used in this product is sourced from France and comes from animals fed without GMO (<0,9%) and raised without antibiotic treatment after the first age (42 days). Please note, this product may contain traces of gluten, mustard, milk, nuts, and egg.
