Discover the Bleu de Brebis Société and savour its surprising sweetness and deliciously melting texture. The Société cheesemakers have developed a recipe that is 100% ewe's milk, collected locally, in the Aveyron and neighbouring departments, close to the cheese dairy, for a pleasure that is both gentle and subtle. The milk comes from ewes fed without GMO (<0.9%) and whose grazing is compulsory as soon as the weather permits. Bleu de Brebis, a gentle pleasure every day.
