For the preparation of the cake (415 g): sugar, WHEAT flour 24%, WHEAT starch, raising agents (E 575 and sodium carbonates), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E 472a, b, e and E 470a), maltodextrin, a little MILK protein, a delicious lemon flavour, a thickening agent (xanthan gum) and a colouring agent (rocou). Possible traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOYA, NUTS.
And for my pretty decoration (20g): icing sugar and a little potato starch.
