Product Description
Camembert Lanquetot is a 100% Norman cow's milk cheese made and matured in the Orbec-en-Auge cheese factory, in the Pays d'Auge in Normandy. Slowly ladled, its texture is soft and its taste assertive, intense with notes of sulphur and undergrowth.
Ingredients
Thermised cow's milk (French origin), lactic ferments (MILK) and maturing ferments, salt, animal rennet, calcium chloride (technological auxiliary).
