La Boulangère's organic large slice bread with cereals and seeds is made with organic wheat flour from French fair trade. Its crumb is characterised by its softness which blends with the taste and crunch of sunflower, flax and millet seeds. Its generous slices make it the ideal bread for breakfast, but it can also be eaten as a sandwich to vary the pleasures.
