Alsa - Moelleux au Citron 435g is a quick and easy cake mix for a generous lemon cake with a unique moistness. Simply add 20 cL of cream and 3 eggs, sprinkle with icing sugar and pop into the oven to treat all the gourmands. It has an airy texture for an incredibly moist cake, a great lemon flavour, and is an easy, quick to prepare and foolproof dessert. Serves 8. Preservative free.
Ingredients
For the preparation of the cake (415 g): sugar, WHEAT flour 24%, WHEAT starch, raising agents (E 575 and sodium carbonates), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E 472a, b, e and E 470a), maltodextrin, a little MILK protein, a delicious lemon flavour, a thickening agent (xanthan gum) and a colouring agent (rocou). Possible traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOYA, NUTS. And for my pretty decoration (20g): icing sugar and a little potato starch.
