Originally from Provence, Mesclun consists of a mix of small salads. A recipe based on tender young shoots combined with characterful rocket and a few sprigs of chervil.
Ingredients
Mesclun mixture of young shoots including at least: lettuce, rocket, chervil. Other baby greens may be added so that the mix contains a minimum ingredients.
