Product Description
A cheese made from whole raw cow's milk, it has a creamy, unctuous paste with a saffron-coloured rind. It's the taste of Savoie holidays that comes back to your mouth! The milk comes exclusively from the Reblochon PDO area, limited to the mountains of Haute-Savoie and the Val d'Arly in Savoie.
Ingredients
Raw and whole cow's milk (97% mini), salt, ferments (MILK), animal rennet, casein (MILK), rind colouring: annatto.
