Product Description
Its milk is pasteurised and enriched with cow's cream, making it a "double cream" cheese. Like all cheeses in the soft cheese family with a bloomy rind, it is covered with a white down. Mottin Crémeux is made in the Mayenne countryside, in Meslay du Maine, where the cow's milk is collected mainly within a 15 km radius of the Cheese Factory.
Enriched with cream, Mottin Crémeux stands out for its generous texture and aromatic notes that evoke, in a very characteristic way, fresh milk and fresh butter. This easy-to-approach product is a typical family table cheese, suitable for all generations, especially children. In the kitchen, it can be used to make simple dishes: in the form of breaded pieces, for example, to garnish a salad. It is also an ideal ingredient for the production of cheese.
