L'Héritage 1947 is a soft, raw goat's milk cheese with a natural ashy rind and ripened with summer truffles, produced in the Centre-Val de Loire region.
The cheese is ivory in colour, smooth and dense, and is sprinkled with fragments of summer truffle. It is shiny and slightly creamy under the crust.
