The Fruité du Cap Gris-Nez is a pasteurised cow's milk cheese, with an uncooked pressed paste and a washed rind, produced by the Sainte Godeleine artisanal cheese dairy, located in Pas-de-Calais.Its fine rind, washed and brushed by hand with the 2 Caps lager, gradually becomes orange in colour.In the mouth, Fruité du Cap Gris Nez is a round, unctuous cheese, filled with delicate flavours brought by the fruitiness of the beer.
Ingredient: pasteurised cow's milk, lactic ferments, rennet, salt, lysozyme and natural surface colouring (annatto).
