The Coeur du pont des loups is a farm cheese made from thermised cow's milk, soft and with a bloomy rind, produced by Alexandre Gravez of the Ferme du Pont des Loups located in the Avesnois region in Saint-Aubin, in the Nord department, in the Hauts-de-France region.
As its name suggests, it is shaped like a heart.
Its thin rind is covered with a uniform white down. Its cream-coloured paste is soft and smooth. It has small openings.
On the palate, it offers a delicate and unctuous creamy flavour.
