This product is made from 90% pork meat of French origin. It is seasoned with salt, smoked flavouring and aroma, dextrose, spices and aromatic plants, and 0.3% garlic. It also contains antioxidants (E301-E316), preservatives (E250-E262- E326), and colouring (E120). The casing is inedible and should be removed before consumption. This product may contain traces of gluten, eggs, milk, and nuts. The pork is sourced from France and the garlic from China.
