Product Description
This product is a dry sausage made from high-quality pork meat sourced from France. The sausage is seasoned with salt, peppers, and garlic, and contains lactose and dextrose. It is preserved with potassium nitrate and potassium sorbate, and encased in natural pork casing. The sausage is finished with a glaze of talc and calcium carbonate. For every 100g of dry sausage, 172g of pork meat were used.
