A uniquely moist almond cake that will bring back fond memories. Simply add 100g of butter and 3 eggs to the mixture and place it in the oven before treating all the gourmands. This cake has a unique texture for an incredibly moist cake, a delicious almond flavour, cane sugar and wholemeal flour. It's easy, quick to prepare and foolproof. Serves 8 people. No colouring.
Ingredients
Cane sugar 53%, delicious raw powdered almonds 31%, WHEAT flour, wholemeal WHEAT flour 5.6%, a little baking powder (sodium diphosphates and carbonates), a thickener (cellulose gum), an antioxidant (rosemary extracts). May contain traces of GLUTEN, MILK, EGG, SOYBEANS and other NUTS.
