The cake mix contains dark chocolate with 56% cocoa and has no colouring or preservatives.

Sugar, good chocolate powder 34% (sugar, cocoa), a delicious extra-fine dark chocolate 56% cocoa 14% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOJA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), WHEAT flour 12%, and a thickener (xanthan gum). May contain traces of GLUTEN, MILK, EGG, NUTS. No aspartame, no preservatives.
