Genuine Fuet Moroni sausage: a real delight with its very mild flavour! Fuet is a sausage speciality widely used in the Catalan country. This product is made in the Spanish tradition with a natural casing and flower and a slow, cold and dry curing process.

Pork meat and fat (EU origin), skimmed MILK powder, salt, sugar, spices, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite, ferments. Natural pork casing. 154g of pork meat and fat used to prepare 100g of finished product.
