Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Bacon lardons

  • Onion

  • Reblochon cheese

  • Cream

  • Butter

  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and slice.

  2. Fry bacon and onion.

  3. Layer potatoes and bacon.

  4. Pour cream over.

  5. Top with cheese.

  6. Bake until bubbly.
