This light, southern-flavoured vinaigrette is made from subtly combined and cooked ingredients. This olive oil vinaigrette combines the aromatic power of shallots and the freshness of chives, topped with reduced tomato puree and spiked with 3 vinegars: white wine, red wine and balsamic.

Water, extra virgin olive oil 18%, rapeseed oil, white wine vinegar and red wine vinegar, ketchup (semi reduced tomato puree, spirit vinegar, sugar, modified starch, salt, acidifier: citric acid), balsamic vinegar 3.4% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colouring: E150d, preservative: potassium diSULFITE), chives 3.3%, salt, shallot 2%, garlic, flavour, spices.
