Aged in oak barrels for 12 months, Grande Cuvée Maille Red Wine Vinegar sweetened with concentrated grape juice offers a round and generous flavour. This is obtained by adding concentrated grape juice. Thanks to its generosity, just a few drops will be enough to bring a perfect balance to your vegetable, meat and fish dishes and sauces.
