Product Description
The cheese is made from raw cow milk and wrapped in linen during moulding, brushed with lightly salted water for a long time. The maturing process lasts to months. Cloth Vacherin Fribourgeois matured its aroma fruity frank mouth.
Ingredients
Thermised cow's milk (Swiss origin), salt, lactic ferments, rennet. May contain traces of ewe's milk, goat's milk, egg, gluten.
