Product Description
This product contains a blend of 50% potatoes, water, 9% cooked smoked bacon, 5.9% onions, 3% reblochon, fresh cream, modified corn starch, vegetable oils (rapeseed, copra), salt, milk proteins, and flavourings. The potatoes are preserved with ascorbic acid and sodium disulfite. The bacon, sourced from France, is seasoned with salt, dextrose, and flavourings, including smoke flavouring, and preserved with E316 and E250. The reblochon, made from raw cow's milk, is seasoned with salt, ferments, and animal rennet, and its rind is coloured with annatto.
