Product Description
Discover the milk chocolate palmiers, the combination of a melting milk chocolate and a flaky butter biscuit. A simple and authentic recipe thanks to good ingredients: French wheat flour from the CRC® chain, good butter, no colouring or preservatives and no palm oil. We make them in our family biscuit factory in Champagnac-de-Bélair, in the Dordogne.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour 36%, MILK chocolate 31% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, LACTOSERUM powder, pastry butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), pastry butter 22.5%, sugar, natural vanilla flavouring, salt, raising agent: sodium carbonates. May contain eggs, nuts and soya.
