Gervita is a subtle combination of a creamy plain fromage blanc sublimated by a delicious whipped cream mousse. This fromage blanc and mousse is made with good French milk in our Ferrières-en-Bray (76) dairy. The light and melting texture makes this plain yoghurt an ideal ally for a gourmet end to a meal!

Pasteurised MILK cottage cheese (75.3%), cream (MILK) (24.6%), gelatine(non-pork), milk enzymes (MILK). MILK: French origin.
