Secret de Mousse au chocolat noir de La Laitière is the alliance between the lightness of the mousse and an intense dark chocolate taste. The secret of this intense taste? A little more melted chocolate pure cocoa butter incorporated into the preparation, which leaves fine marbling. This mousse is made in Vallet (Loire-Atlantique) with milk originating in France.

Dark chocolate milk mousse (92%) and chocolate sauce (8%). Skimmed milk (65.3%), sugar, dark chocolate (5.6%) [cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring], cream (MILK), low fat cocoa powder, chocolate powder (2,1%) [cocoa powder, low-fat cocoa powder, cocoa mass, sugar], skimmed MILK powder, cocoa powder, bovine gelatine, emulsifier (E472b), maize starch, thickener (carob seed flour).
