Secret de Mousse au chocolat au lait by La Laitière is the alliance between the lightness of the mousse and an intense milk chocolate taste. The secret of this intense taste? A little more melted chocolate pure cocoa butter incorporated into the preparation, which leaves fine marbling. This mousse is made in Vallet (Loire-Atlantique) with milk from France.
Ingredients
Milk chocolate mousse (86.5%) and chocolate sauce (13.5%). Whole milk (68.9%), sugar, milk chocolate (8%) [sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whey powder (MILK), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring], cream (MILK), low-fat cocoa powder, caramel [glucose syrup, water, concentrated MILK, flavouring, salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) ], cocoa powder, skimmed MILK powder, bovine gelatine, emulsifier (E472b), maize starch, thickener (locust bean gum).
