Water, Butter (colour: beta-carotene), hollandaise sauce base 10.2% (Milk Derivatives, modified starch, Milk Proteins, oleic sunflower oil, glucose syrup and milk proteins, salt, starch, flavourings, stabiliser: Xanthan gum, powdered Egg Yellow, Wheat flour, spice and flavouring), Cream (cream of Milk, thickener: carrageenan), pure lime juice, vinegar, spice. Made in a workshop that uses shellfish, soy, fish, celery, mustard and shellfish.
